CleanTech Sector
The term “cleantech” refers to a wide group of emerging technologies and industries, based on principles of biology, resource efficiency, and second-generation production concepts in basic industries that improve operational performance, productivity, or efficiency while reducing costs, inputs, energy consumption, waste, or pollution.

- T3 successfully advised a leading venture backed wind turbine company on a $20 Million Department of Energy loan guarantee application and submittal.
- T3 has successfully advised A123 Systems, a lithium ion battery technology company, with all aspects of corporate real estate since the company’s inception. T3’s work has included local and national site selection and deal negotiation, multi-state economic/tax incentive analysis, and long term real estate strategic planning.
- Following first round of venture investment emerging high efficiency solar technology company, Wakonda Technologies relocates its headquarters from New York State to New England. T3 managed the site search and successfully negotiated a lease for the company.
- Retained by a fortune 1000 Silicon Valley based technology company, T3 has lead efforts to incorporate leading edge sustainable building strategies for the company’s newest facility. This included cost benefit analysis of various sustainable building technologies as well as reviewing vendors in areas such as Photovoltaic design and installation, fuel cell, storm water management, etc.
