VKernel relocates headquarters from New Hampshire

ANDOVER (August 13, 2009)- T3 Advisors, a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that its client, VKernel Corporation, has signed a lease at 300 Brickstone Drive in Andover.

VKernel, a provider of affordable, easy-to-use, and quick-to-deploy virtualization management and optimization software will use the 4,379 Square Foot premises as its new headquarters. VKernel will be relocating its office from Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The move represents a coup for Massachusetts' economic development efforts.

T3 team members Mike Taylor, Roy Hirshland, and Greg Hoffmeister represented VKernel in the lease negotiations, while Matt Daniels of Colliers, Meredith and Grew represented the landlord, Transwestern Investment Company.
