WALTHAM (May 18, 2009)- T3 Advisors, (http://www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, has assisted Tenaya Capital (formerly known as Lehman Brothers Venture Partners), a leading venture firm, with the relocation of their East Coast headquarters to Waltham, MA.

T3 team members Roy Hirshland and David Bergeron represented Tenaya and helped them secure a 3 year lease on 1,763 square feet of office space at 1000 Winter St. Sue Donovan of DTZ FHO Partners represented the landlord Broadway Partners.
