WOBURN (April 7, 2009)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that Gotuit Media, the leading provider of premium metadata technology which optimizes the value of stored video libraries for professional content publishers, has signed a lease with Cummings Properties for 4,270 square feet of office space at 400 TradeCenter in Woburn. 

Gotuit was represented in the lease transaction by T3 team members Mike Taylor and David Bergeron, while Jeremy Hood represented the landlord Cummings Properties.
