Stream Global relocates to accomodate company growth

WELLESLEY (February 5, 2009)- T3 Advisors, a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that its client, Stream Global Services Inc., has signed a lease at 20 William Street in Wellesley.

The 13,037 Square Foot Premises at Wellesley Office Park will serve as Stream’s new headquarters.  Stream will be relocating its executive and administrative office from Richardson, TX.  The move represents a coup for Massachusetts’ economic development efforts.

T3 team members Mike Shreve and Roy Hirshland represented Stream Global in the lease negotiations.  Vicki Keenan represented the landlord, Equity Office.
