Qteros Chooses Marlborough for Headquarters

MARLBOROUGH (Jan. 27, 2009)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that its client, Qteros, has leased approximately 25,537 Square Feet of office and R&D space at 100 Campus Drive in Marlborough.  Coming from Hadley, MA, Qteros has developed a potential breakthrough process for making ethanol from agricultural waste.

Mike Shreve from T3 represented Qteros in the negotiations.  Kevin Hanna and JR MacDonald of Cushman & Wakefield represented sublessor, Exact Sciences, and Campus Drive landlord, Eaton Vance, respectively.
