ABS Ventures relocates and expands office with T3 Advisors help

WALTHAM (December 1, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that their client, ABS Ventures will relocate to Bay Colony, 950 Winter Street in Waltham. ABS will use the 5,200 square feet of space to accommodate the firm’s next phase of growth.

T3 team members CEO Roy Hirshland and Vice President David Bergeron represented ABS Ventures in the negotiations.  Duncan Gratton and Sue Donovan of DTZ FHO represented the landlord, Broadway.
