T3 Advisors assists Kayak.com with expansion and relocation

CONCORD (December 1, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that their client Kayak.com has signed a long term lease for 14,397 square feet of office space at 300 Baker Ave in Concord.  Kayak.com, the world’s largest travel search site will be relocating its engineering team to the new space in February of 2009.  

T3 CEO Roy Hirshland and Vice President Mike Taylor represented Kayak in the negotiations.  Matt Daniels Senior Vice President of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the landlord, Normandy Concord Acquisition, LLC.
