BOSTON (November 18, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that High Street Partners has expanded its headquarters at 31 St. James Street in Boston. High Street Partners is a global advisory firm offering a range of finance and accounting related services to companies doing business abroad.

T3 team member Mike Taylor represented High Street in the negotiations which resulted in the successful expansion into 3,844 square feet designed to accommodate High Street’s next phase of growth. Peter Conlin of CB Richard Ellis, represented the landlord.
