T3 Advisors Expands Advisory Services

WALTHAM, MA (October 2008) T3 Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com) is excited to announce the launch of the T3 Advisors CleanTech Group. T3 Advisors, has been a leader in providing real estate services to cleantech companies. In addition, T3 has provided real estate advice and consulting services to companies looking to lower energy costs and implement sustainable business practices.

The creation of the CleanTech Group will formalize the services and expertise T3 can provide for its corporate clients. With energy costs on the rise, political and social pressures mounting, and a new generation of employees entering the work force as well informed and environmentally conscious, T3 Advisors is getting ahead of the curve by assembling a unique team of professionals.

Leading T3's CleanTech Group will be David Bergeron, Vice President. David is a graduate of Stanford University, and is one of the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified brokers in New England. David has successfully advised a number of Clean Tech companies on a variety of real estate issues.

Joining David on this effort is Jack Troast, Managing Director. Jack manages T3's Advisory and Consulting practice. Jack was a Massachusetts state government economic development executive in the Romney and Celluci/Swift administrations.
