WALTHAM (October 8, 2008 )- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, has successfully negotiated the direct lease extension of Q1 Labs’, 7,814 square foot headquarters located at 890 Winter Street in Waltham.

The company’s flagship offering, QRadar, provides users with crucial visibility into what is occurring with their networks, data centers, and applications to better protect IT assets and meet regulatory requirements.  Q1 Labs’ customers include healthcare providers, energy firms, retail organizations, utility companies, financial institutions, government agencies, and universities, among others.
