T3 Advisors assists VeriSign with relocation

WALTHAM (September 15, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that , VeriSign, the leading provider of digital infrastructure for the networked world, has signed a lease at Waltham Weston Corporate Center, 201 Jones Road, which is owned and managed by Boston Properties.

T3 team members, Roy Hirshland, Mark Cote and David Bergeron represented VeriSign in the negotiations. VeriSign will occupy the Premises in late October.

Jason Fivek & Austin Barrett of Boston Properties were the Landlord's representatives.
