Roy Hirshland, President & CEO of T3 represented Polaris Venture Partners in the negotiations, which resulted in the successful long term renewal of their 21,000 square foot office space. Mark Roth of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Broadway Real Estate Partners.
