MEDFORD (August 5, 2008)- T3 Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that Wakonda Technologies, winner of the 2007 Industry Growth Forum, Clean Energy Entrepreneur of the year, is making their move to Massachusetts. Wakonda adds to the growing Cleantech community that is pushing to make Massachusetts the leader in this exploding industry. Wakonda is commercializing a Virtual Single Crystal (VSC) photovoltaic technology that can be aesthetically integrated into buildings, infrastructure and personal power applications. The new facility located at 200 Boston Ave in Medford encompasses 2,629 sq ft and will be used for future research and production of this innovative technology that promises to bring lower costs due to its higher efficiency, lighter weight and flexibility.
