CAMBRIDGE (July 7, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that Constellation Pharmaceuticals will sublease 15,000 square feet of office and lab space at 148 Sidney Street in Cambridge. 

Constellation is an emerging biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the development of novel therapeutics in the emerging field of Epigenetics and will use the building to continue their research in a new field of science which is focused on selective regulators of epigenetic function, which are critical to controlling gene expression. 

T3 team members, Mike Shreve  and Roy Hirshland represented both Constellation Pharmaceuticals and Immunogen in the successful sublease negotiation.
