BILLERICA (June 20, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that Vertica, a high-speed, self-tuning column-oriented SQL database management software for data warehousing and business intelligence, has relocated to 8 Federal St in Billerica, MA which is managed by Gale Companies

T3 team members, Roy Hirshland and Mike Taylor represented Vertica in the negotiations which resulted in the successful relocation and expansion into the 19,537 square foot office which is designed to accommodate Vertica’s next phase of growth. Tyler Spring of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Gale International / Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.
