T3 Advisors Assists Oblicore with Relocation

WALTHAM (March 20, 2008)-T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that Oblicore, the world's leading provider of Service Level Management (SLM) software and Service Level Agreement (SLA) solutions, has signed a 5 year lease with BPG Properties for 5,300 square feet of office space at 460 Totten Pond Road in Waltham.  The space will serve as Oblicore’s new corporate headquarters.

Oblicore was represented in the lease transaction by T3 team member Mike Taylor, while Matt Siciliano of CBRE represented the landlord BPG Properties.
