RedTail relocates to larger headquarters

WESTBOROUGH (March 11, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that their client RedTail Soultions Inc, a leading provider of Software as a Service for EDI and global data synchronization, has come to terms on a new lease at 69 Milk St in Westborough.

T3 team member Mike Shreve represented RedTail in the lease negotiations.  As of May 1, 2008 the new 3,884 square foot office will serve as the company’s headquarters.  Tim O’Brien of Meredith & Grew represented the landlord, EastPort.
