WALTHAM, MA (March 6, 2008) - T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate firm, today announced it has taken steps to expand its advisory services practice. The advisory services practice will focus on providing real estate consulting to corporations and institutions on issues ranging from strategic planning, accounting and finance, corporate real estate development and negotiating government incentives.
Jack Troast recently joined the firm to serve as Managing Director of Advisory Services.

"Jack's arrival now gives T3 the ability to offer our clients an even broader array of corporate real estate services, in particular in the areas of accounting and finance, property development, and navigating the complicated process of negotiating government incentives."
Troast has a unique blend of public and private sector economic development experience. Prior to joining the T3 team Jack served in senior government positions in both Massachusetts and New Jersey. Most recently he was Deputy Director for the Massachusetts Department of Business & Technology in the Romney Administration. This experience strengthens his already diverse knowledge in economic development planning and strategy.
In addition to his work in government he was a partner in a commercial real estate development and service firm in New Jersey where he was involved in a myriad of real estate projects for major corporate clients including build to suit projects as well as significant portfolio management assignments Jack has worked on major projects with numerous clients including Phillips Lighting, Merck, Wyndham Worldwide, and AT&T.
Troast is a graduate of Bucknell University. Following graduation Troast worked for Deloitte and is a certified public accountant. He completed the Diploma Program in Real Estate Appraisal & Finance at New York University and is also a graduate of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University where he received a Masters in Public Administration and was named a Littauer Fellow for academic excellence and commitment to public service.
