WALTHAM (January 11, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, today announced that they have secured a lease for their client Active Endpoints, a leading developer of Visual Orchestration Systems. Active Endpoint’s development facilities are located in Connecticut but as the company grew so did their need for a more centrally located headquarters office. With the assistance of T3 Advisors, Active Endpoints has leased 2,855 square feet of space at 230 Third Avenue in Waltham which will serve as their new corporate headquarters.
