BOSTON (June 27, 2007) — T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service real estate brokerage and consulting firm for corporations focused on the innovation economy, today announced that they have negotiated an expansion for Rapid7 LLC at 545 Boylston Street in Boston’s Back Bay. Since moving its headquarters to this address last spring, Rapid7 has experienced rapid growth, requiring additional office space for its employees.
Mike Shreve, vice president of T3 Advisors, represented Rapid7. Adam Schneier of Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord, Centro Watt.
