Cambridge Healthtech Institute Secures New Space In Needham

BOSTON, Mass. (January 24, 2007)— T3 Advisors, a full-service real estate brokerage and consulting firm for corporations focused on the innovation economy, today announced that they have secured a 21,996 square foot lease for Cambridge Healthtech Institute at 250 First Avenue in Needham. Cambridge Healthtech Institute, a specialized conference organizer for the scientific community, relocated in July to accommodate the company’s ongoing expansion.

Greg Hoffmeister, prinicpal, and Mike Shreve, senior officer, of T3 Advisors, represented Cambridge Healthtech Institute. Mike Wilcox represented the landlord, The Bulfinch Companies.
