WALTHAM, Mass. (December 4, 2006)— T3 Advisors, a full-service real estate brokerage and consulting firm for corporations focused on the innovation economy, today announced that they have secured a 9,540 square foot lease for Fortress Technologies at 2 Technology Park Drive in Westford. Fortress Technologies, provider of secure wireless technologies, moved in August 2006.
Greg Hoffmeister, managing director of T3 Advisors, represented Fortress Technologies. Doug Fainelli represented the landlord, The Gutierrez Company.
