T3 Advisors Assists Noble Device Technologies With Office Relaocation

WALTHAM, Mass. (October 31, 2006) — T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service real estate brokerage and consulting firm for corporations focused on the innovation economy, today announced that they have secured a 4,197 square foot lease for Noble Device Technologiesat 500 Edgewater Drive in Wakefield. Relocating to the Boston area from New Jersey, Noble Device Technologies is a developer of short wave infrared image sensors for the security and military marketplace.

Mike Taylor, vice president of T3 Advisors, represented Noble Device Technologies. Torin Taylor of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, TIAA Realty, Inc.
