WALTHAM, Mass. (March 15, 2006) - T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service real estate advisory and brokerage firm, today announced that TAGSYS, the global leader in item-level RFID infrastructure (www.tagsysrfid.com), has secured a sublease for 8,767 square feet at One Cambridge Center in Cambridge. Roy Hirshland, president and CEO and Mike Shreve, vice president of T3 Advisors, represented TAGSYS. Dave Townsend of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublandlord, Brightcove. "TAGSYS' move to Cambridge is driven by the company's growth needs but also by the deep pool of available talent in the area," said John Jordon, president of Worldwide Field Operations at TAGSYS. "T3 Advisors not only understood our needs, but quickly located an office that was ready for us to move into, saving us both time and money." TAGSYS is the world's leading provider of item-level RFID infrastructure. The opening of the Cambridge office complements its existing office in Doylestown, Penn., and the company's European HQ in Marseilles, France and Asian HQ in Hong Kong, China. The Cambridge office will enable the company to further expand its presence in the fast growing item-level RFID market in the US, addressing industries including pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, fashion, luxury goods, libraries and textile rental.
