WALTHAM, Mass. (September 19, 2005) - T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that QD Vision, Inc. (www.qdvision.com) has signed a three year lease for 8,200 square feet at 313 Pleasant Street in Watertown.

Greg Hoffmeister, managing director and co-founder, and Mike Shreve, vice president, of T3 Advisors, represented QD Vision. John Nealon of W. J. Nealon Commercial Realty, Inc. represented the landlord, Metro Realty Trust.

QD Vision, Inc. is an early stage start-up targeting the rapidly growing market for next generation flat panel displays (FPDs). Based on quantum dot light emitting diode (QD-LED) devices and associated manufacturing techniques developed at MIT, QD Vision's technologies solve the performance problems and reduce the high manufacturing costs which currently prevent OLED display manufacturers from operating profitably.

"We came to T3 with very specific requirements for our office space including a need for chemistry lab space and a clean room environment for prototype development. We knew that finding these conditions would be a challenge," said Greg Moeller, co-founder of QD Vision. "After many tours of various options, T3 found space with some existing infrastructure already in place, savings us thousands of dollars in build out costs."
