WALTHAM, Mass. (August 15, 2005) - T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that imo (www.imo.com) has signed a three year lease for 6,690 square feet at 75 Third Avenue in Waltham. The company, backed by Highland Capital Partners, develops a technology that better distributes wireless products and services.
