(February 15, 2005) — a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that Impress Software (www.impress.com) has signed a 14-month sublease from Dun and Bradstreet for 7,627 square feet at 460 Totten Pond Road in Waltham.
