Shared Insights recently acquired Andover-based DCI, one of the largest U.S.-based owners of information technology conferences, newsletters, seminars, and on-line forums. The 8 figure revenue, 40-person Company is the move to Woburn in order to implement and deliver the newest technologies and capabilities to their nearly half million customer base.
