WALTHAM, Mass. (September 13, 2004) — T3 Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that their client, 3am Labs (www.3amlabs.com), has successfully moved its operations from Budapest, Hungary by leasing 4,600 square feet at 500 Unicorn Park in Woburn, MA.
Mike Shreve of T3 Advisors represented 3am Labs and Joe Crowley from Meredith & Grew represented the Landlord, RREEF, in the transaction.
3am Labs was established in 2003 by the creators of RemotelyAnywhere, the award-winning remote control and administration software. The company develops and markets innovative remote access, productivity, management and security products that serve mobile professionals and system administrators with a suite of SSL, TLS and SSH-encrypted products. Its brands include LogMeIn, an on-demand access service, as well as the RemotelyAnywhere line of software.
