mValent relocates HQ to Burlington

WALTHAM, Mass. (August 25, 2004) — T3 Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that their client, mValent, Inc. (www.mvalent.com), has signed a sublease for 10,500 square feet at 8 New England Executive Park in Burlington, MA. mValent relocated its headquarters to Burlington from Tewksbury, MA in May 2004. The high-growth software firm also maintains regional field offices throughout North America.

Mark Cote and Roy Hirshland of T3 Advisors represented mValent, Inc. Matt Siciliano of CB Richard Ellis represented Siebel Systems, SubLandlord of the space.
