(March 31, 2004)—T3 Advisors Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that RedTail Solutions has relocated its headquarters from 171 Main Street in Milford, Mass., to 1700 West Park Drive, Westborough, Mass., having leased 2,693 square feet.
Phil DeSimone of Spaulding & Slye represented the landlord at 1700 West Park Drive in Westborough. Greg Hoffmeister and Mike Shreve led the T3 Advisors team that represented RedTail.
RedTail Solutions recently closed a $3 million Series “A” Round of funding led by Venture Capital Fund New England, 8 Wings Ventures, LLC, and several other investors.
