Q1 Labs relocates their HQ to Waltham, MA

WALTHAM, Mass. (December 23, 2003)—T3 Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies announced today that their client, Q1 Labs, Inc. (www.q1labs.com) has moved their headquarters to Bay Colony Corporate Center, Waltham, MA from New Brunswick, Canada. Having hired a new management team, Q1 subleased 4,276 from Bessemer Ventures at 1000 Winter Street.

Doug Adamian of Grubb & Ellis represented the Sublandlord while Roy Hirshland, President & C.E.O. of T3 Advisors, represented Q1 Labs.
