CXO Systems sets up headquarters at Reservoir Place

Waltham, MA (June 12, 2003)—T3 Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology, life science and venture capital companies, announced today that CXO Systems has subleased 3,205 square feet from Authoria, Inc. at Reservoir Place in Waltham, MA.

Mike Shreve, an associate for T3, advised CXO on the negotiations. Dan Sullivan of Cresa Partners represented Authoria.

CXO Systems, a Series A venture-backed company funded by Grandbanks Capital and Kodiak Venture Partners, provides business applications that allow senior managers of large corporations real time tracking of their enterprises with a one touch dashboard system.
