mbi, Pre-tax Debit Card Pioneer, stays and expands into larger space in Reservoir Place in Waltham

WALTHAM, MA (May 27, 2003)—T3 Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology, life science and venture capital companies, today announced that it represented mbi (http://www.medibank.com) in its subleasing of 7,404 square feet of office space from Cysive at Reservoir Place, 1601 Trapelo Road in Waltham, Mass.

T3 Advisors President Roy Hirshland and Associate Mike Shreve advised mbi on the sublease transaction. John Caroll III of Meredith & Grew represented Cysive.

1601 Trapelo Road is a 529,000-square-foot office building owned and managed by Boston Properties.
