NEWTON, MA (April 14, 2003)—T3 Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that it represented Macromedia, Inc. in its subleasing of 12,002 square feet of office space to WorldWinner, a provider of online skill-based tournaments for people looking to outsmart and outplay their competitors for cash, at 275 Grove Street in Newton, Mass.
T3 Advisors Managing Director Mark Cote and President Roy Hirshland advised Macromedia on the sublease transaction. Jon Varholak, a Partner at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, represented WorldWinner in the transaction.
275 Grove Street is a 490,000-square-foot office building owned and managed by Equity Office Properties. Macromedia is the lead tenant in the project.
