Secure Record Services Opens Charlestown Office in Hood Business Park

Charlestown, MA. (3/18/03)— T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, is pleased to announce that Secure Record Services (www.securerecord.com), a medical record retrieval and processing company, has subleased 3,490 square feet of space at 500 Rutherford Avenue in Charlestown, MA.

Mike Shreve, an associate for T3, advised Secure Record on the negotiations of the deal. Equis Corporation’s Peter Trivelas represented the sublandlord, Broadview Networks.

Secure Record Services has established a national client base by meeting the growing demand from law firms for an expeditious and cost effective solution to the tasks of collecting and handling client medical records.
