Greg Hoffmeister, Managing Director, at T3 advised 3rd Millennium on the lease transaction. 3rd Millennium subleased the space from Genuity. 3rd Millennium is a leading bioinformatics consultancy, designing and developing customized software systems for pharmaceutical, biotech and academic clients.
