In 1994 T3 founding partner Roy Hirshland was retained by the then RSA CEO Arthur Coviello to manage all of RSA’s real estate. RSA was growing rapidly and needed a short and long term growth strategy.
T3 Results:
Roy Hirshland and team successfully managed a myriad of real estate projects throughout the US and worldwide including:
Real Estate Expansion:
500,000 SF headquarters campus- Bedford MA- Successful negotiation of two long term leases for RSA’s headquarters campus.
60,000 SF Silicon Valley headquarters- San Mateo CA- Site search and lease negotiation for long term 60,000 SF office lease for RSA west coast office. The team also managed the interviewing and selection of local architects and contractors.
Lease Restructuring/Subleasing- T3 embarked on several real estate cost cutting programs for RSA. This including successfully restructuring leases and subleasing leases in San Francisco CA, San Mateo CA, New York NY, Tokyo Japan, San Diego CA, Stockholm Sweden, Brisbane Australia.
Real Estate technology- T3 successfully managed a program to automate RSA’s real estate portfolio onto an online technology platform. This included interviewing several technology vendors for RSA, selecting a system and data implementation/migration. |
