Battery had a expiring in a year. The firm had been located in the same offices for over ten years. Battery was involved with a transition in firm leadership and wanted to find new office space to support its new image and management's visions. In addition Battery needed to hire an architectural firm to help create an exciting and appropriate new headquarters space. Battery interviewed several real estate firms and selected T3 because of the firm's deep knowledge of the venture capital industry.

T3 Results:
Real Estate Search- T3 successfully spearheaded a search of suburban Boston office space for Battery. Ultimately T3 aggressively and creatively negotiated a long term office lease at Reservoir Woods in Waltham, MA.

Architect Selection- T3 successfully managed the process of interviewing multiple architectural firms and helped Battery select an architectural firm for the project.

Project Manager Selection- T3 successfully managed the process of interviewing project management firms and completed a spectacular project providing Battery with one of the most dramatic office spaces in the venture industry in the country.
