As Managing Director of T3 Advisors, Jack leads the firm’s advisory services practice. He specializes in working with clients to insure that their real estate strategy is aligned with their overall corporate strategy. Jack has a keen understanding of capital project alternatives such as build-to-suit facilities, sale leaseback transactions, and the structuring of other complex financial transactions. The advisory services practice also provides comprehensive portfolio analysis for corporate clients as a means of managing occupancy needs and improving overall company financial performance.
Having served in appointed positions for four Governors in two different states- Massachusetts and New Jersey- Jack has considerable expertise in site selection strategies and state and local incentives. He has served in various economic development positions, most recently as a senior level official in the Romney Administration, where he served as Deputy Director for the Massachusetts Department of Business & Technology. Jack coordinated the Governor’s Economic Development Strategy Council working closely with various secretariats, cabinet offices, and quasi- public agencies on managing numerous economic development priorities. This effort included extensive interface with elected officials at the federal, state and local levels.
Prior to joining T3, Jack successfully developed and managed over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate. He has over 20 years of real estate and construction experience covering the full scope of project management services from site development to fit-out and start- up operations for numerous corporate clients including AT&T, North American Phillips, Merck, Novo Nordisk, Roche, Sheraton Corporation, Met Life, Wyndham Worldwide, and Movado. Jack has successfully closed over $500 million in commercial real estate transactions and enjoys sorting out complexities in order to maximize client objectives.
A graduate of Bucknell University, Jack began his career with Deloitte in the New York practice and is a certified public accountant. He completed the Diploma Program in Real Estate Appraisal & Finance at New York University. Jack is also a graduate of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University where he received a Masters in Public Administration and was named a Littauer Fellow for academic excellence and commitment to public service.
Jack lives in Carlisle, Massachusetts with his wife and son. He and his family enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, as well as cross county and downhill skiing. Jack is an avid runner and enjoys family travel. |
