Greg Hoffmeister
Managing Director
hoffmeister@t3advisors.com
As a principal and co-founding partner of T3 Advisors, Greg focuses on developing client relationships with the region’s leading companies. Greg strives to help his clients identify and map out successful real estate strategies – whether they involve locating a new facility or renegotiating and extending the terms of an existing lease – that meet their particular business objectives. Greg is also the T3 partner responsible for finance and administration at the firm.
An accomplished professional in New England’s commercial real estate, Greg uses his 11 years of experience negotiating over 300 leases to deliver expert advice and representation to T3’s clients. Greg’s ability to identify opportunities and creatively structure leases that support the unique business models of emerging technology companies has led to his successful client relationships with many of Massachusetts rising technology stars.
Greg’s leadership and understanding of how to build successful teams stems from his experience as a member of a new football coaching staff at Harvard University where he was involved with “implementing new systems and game plans”, and evangelizing a new “way of doing business”. Greg also led – as captain -- his football team at Dartmouth College to three consecutive Ivy League championships. Working hard, achieving success, and being part of winning teams -- is a way of life for Greg.
Prior to T3, Greg co-founded and served as vice president of Meredith & Grew’s Technology Practice Group. There, he advised early-stage technology companies – many of which were portfolio investments of leading venture capital firms – on their strategic real estate requirements. Greg began his real estate career as a broker and vice president at Spaulding & Slye Colliers, after being introduced to the real estate business through a fellow alumnus from Dartmouth.
A life-long New Englander, Greg lives in Needham, Massachusetts – the fifth generation in his family to do so -- with his wife, Michelle. Greg enjoys playing golf and running, when he is not trying to keep up with his four young children. |
