As president and co-founding partner of T3 Advisors, Roy sets the firm's strategic direction and provides leadership to ensure unrivaled service for the firm's clients.

Considered one of the leading brokers and real estate advisors in the country, Roy has completed projects and leases totaling more than seven million square feet.

Roy is highly recognized for superior results on behalf of his clients: by Mass High Tech in 2002 as one of the "High Tech All Stars," in 2001 by Mass High Tech as one of the "Ten Business Leaders to Watch," and in 2002 by Boston Business Journal as one of the "40 Under 40," a group of business leaders having a significant impact on Boston's business and civic communities.

A graduate of Colby College, Roy learned the basics of business at the world-renowned Procter & Gamble sales management training program and then worked at the consumer products company. He made the switch to commercial real estate when he decided that he was "more excited about buildings than cake mix"

Roy lives in Concord, Massachusetts. When he is not speaking on leadership and entrepreneurship, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family – especially cheering on his ice-hockey player daughter. Roy is currently on the Board of Governors of Nashawtuc Country Club and is past President of the Concord Carlisle Youth Hockey Association.
