As a senior member of the T3 Advisory Services team, Kent brings over 25 years of diverse real estate experience to T3. Kent has worked in the public, non-profit and private sector. Kent’s experience as an “owner” gives him additional insight and perspective that is unique to T3 and advantageous to clients. Kent has directly managed over $300 million of development including high-end tenant improvements, R&D labs, industrial/distribution facilities, corporate headquarters, retail, residential, mixed-use, and renovation/rehabilitation. He has worked for some of the Boston area’s most prominent developer/owners including National Development and the Nordblom Company.

Kent’s expertise encompasses a broad range of skills and capabilities including: Feasibility analysis, complex multi-jurisdictional permitting, master planning; programming and design; budgeting and scheduling; construction management; marketing; acquisition and lease negotiation; community/neighborhood relations; sustainable design and development: LEED feasibility, programming and administration. Kent is very active in his community serving on the Carlisle Planning Board, The Carlisle Zoning Board of Appeals, the Carlisle Community Preservation Committee and the Executive Committee of the Sprucewold Association in Boothbay Harbor Maine. His professional activities include memberships in the American Institute of Architects and the Urban Land Institute. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.

He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder, a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT. Kent lives with his wife and son in Carlisle, Massachusetts.
