As a principal and co-founding partner of T3 Advisors, Mark focuses on developing creative solutions for the extensive real estate needs of T3’s larger clients. Ranging from the strategic portfolio review of clients’ real estate and facilities to the implementation of lease administration systems, his efforts are guided by the belief that “every real estate and facilities decision needs to have underlying financial and analytical support.” Mark also manages the firm’s national and international real estate services.

Mark leads the firm’s Corporate Solutions Group with a focus on servicing the real estate/facility needs of corporations/institutions with over ten (10) locations. He currently serves as the account manager for accounts such as VeriSign, Hologic, Melbourne IT, et al. He was also instrumental in the strategic planning and disposition of facilities after Adobe’s purchase of Macromedia.

A creative problem solver, Mark views real estate as “an organic entity.” He works with T3 clients “to find ways to make real estate portfolios more efficient and to slash costs beyond lease deals,” such as with lease administration, space utilization, and lease audits. Mark recognizes that T3’s excellence in client service stems from a broad perspective, that “leasing activity in one part of a greater whole.

He began his commercial real estate career in Washington, D.C. for Julien J. Studley, a leading national tenant representation firm. Prior to his start in real estate, Mark learned the value of metrics and portfolio analytics while working in the audit and business assurance division of the then Coopers & Lybrand.

A cum laude graduate of Harvard University, Mark achieved excellence on the field as well. He was selected to the Academic All-Ivy football team. Mark lives in Andover MA with his wife Kathy, and their three sons, Patrick, Owen and Brendan. He enjoys running, traveling, and reading.
