T3 Advisors Successfully Advises A123 Systems on 96,000 Square Foot Lease in Waltham MA for New Worldwide Headquarters

T3 Advisors is pleased to announce that it negotiated a long term 96,000 square foot lease for A123 Sytems, a lithium-ion battery maker, currently located in Watertown, MA. The new property will serve as worldwide headquarters for A123.
